Role Description

The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of the company and manage key accounting functions. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, overseeing journal entries, managing fixed assets, and performing financial analyses to support decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lorton, VA.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Finance
• Proficiency in Journal Entries and Fixed Assets management
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for financial and operational decision-making
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Prior experience in a leadership or management role in accounting or finance preferred
