We are looking for a Research Associate Business Strategy to support strategic initiatives, conduct in-depth market research, and provide insights that drive business growth and competitive positioning across Scry AIs product suite.
Role Overview
As a Research Associate Business Strategy at Scry AI, you will work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting research, synthesizing insights, and translating data into actionable recommendations that influence business direction.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and comfortable working with data, trends, and strategic frameworks in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth research on target industries, market trends, and emerging technologies
- Analyze competitors, positioning, and market strategies
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and potential areas for expansion
Strategic Insights & Business Analysis
- Support development of business strategies and growth initiatives
- Analyze business performance data and derive actionable insights
- Assist in building strategic frameworks, reports, and presentations
Opportunity Identification & Go-to-Market Support
- Evaluate new markets, segments, and product opportunities
- Support go-to-market planning with research-backed insights
- Contribute to pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with leadership, product, and marketing teams
- Translate research findings into clear, structured recommendations
- Support cross-functional initiatives with data-driven inputs
Reporting & Knowledge Development
- Prepare research reports, briefs, and strategic documents
- Maintain repositories of market intelligence and insights
- Track key industry developments and continuously update knowledge base
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience in business research, consulting, or strategy roles
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools
