This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of a 1,540 unit community, perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily operations across customer service, leasing, bookkeeping, and collections
- Help monitor delinquent accounts and assist with follow-ups and payment tracking
- Review lease files and applications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to customer service team members
- Respond to resident inquiries and help maintain positive resident relations
- Assist with reporting (rent rolls, delinquency, etc.) and administrative tasks
- Step in to support operations during team absences, including Property Manager backup
What You Bring
- 2+ years of property management experience (high-volume community preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with an interest in financial operations (collections/bookkeeping)
- Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite/RealPage is a plus
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)
