Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator

At Scorpion, our mission is to create smart, effective retail security solutions without disrupting the customer experience. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and support our growing global supply chain.

This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on experience working with overseas suppliers, purchasing, and inventory management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently while working closely with internal teams and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders with domestic and overseas suppliers
• Communicate with international vendors regarding production timelines, pricing, and order updates
• Track shipments from origin to delivery, including ocean and air freight
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and help forecast purchasing needs
• Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing, and lead times
• Assist in resolving delays, quality issues, or discrepancies with shipments
• Support cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings or improved efficiency
• Help ensure proper documentation for imports (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, especially via email with international partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (comfortable working with data and spreadsheets)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in global supply chain and international business
