The Role

We're launching a focused 1-month marketing sprint targeting urban parents in India and NRI/diaspora families globally (US, UK, GCC, Australia, Canada). We need a full-funnel digital marketer who can take a launch strategy from plan to execution — across paid, organic, content, and social — and deliver measurable results within a defined sprint window.

What You'll Own

Paid Media: Run and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, including Click-to-WhatsApp lead gen formats, across India and key NRI geographies
Content & SEO: On-page SEO improvements, launch-aligned content (landing pages, blogs, lead magnets), keyword research for K-12/exam-prep audiences
Social: Plan and execute a 4-week organic content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Funnel & Reporting: Set up tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, conversion events), deliver weekly performance reports (reach, CTR, CPL, conversion rate), and recommend budget reallocation

What We're Looking For

4+ years running full-funnel digital campaigns, ideally in EdTech, D2C, or a consumer business with a global/diaspora audience
Proven ROI managing paid budgets on Meta & Google Ads
Strong SEO and content marketing fundamentals
WhatsApp Business API / Click-to-WhatsApp funnel experience (strongly preferred)
Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Excellent written communication, able to adapt to a brand voice

Nice to Have

Experience marketing to NRI/diaspora audiences
Familiarity with K-12 education or parent-facing EdTech
Marketing automation tool experience

Engagement Details

Duration: 4-week sprint with weekly milestones (possible extension to a monthly retainer for strong performers)
Compensation: Project-based fee, negotiable based on scope/experience (ad spend managed separately)
