Construction Worker/Labourer

Overview

We are seeking young, motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various construction projects through physical labor, assisting skilled workers on condo building balcony restoration and residental installation . The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and capable of working in diverse outdoor environment . Prior experience in construction is required; Swing stage, Working at heights, WHMIS

Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, cleaning work areas, light demolition, railing install
• Support the team with their tasks as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized job site to promote efficiency and safety

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
• Needs to have a drivers license (clean driving abstract) and experience driving with trailers
