We’re Hiring: Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2–4 Years (Relevant Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, shortlist, and onboard finance, trading, crypto, and fintech influencers/KOLs Source and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram (India, Middle East, SEA)

Evaluate influencer performance based on engagement, audience quality, and relevance

Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign expectations

Execute influencer campaigns including reels, stories, YouTube videos, and Telegram promotions

Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with KPIs and brand guidelines

Build and maintain strong relationships with global influencers

Act as the primary point of contact for influencer coordination and communication

Track campaign performance including engagement, conversions, and ROI

Optimize influencer strategies using data insights and performance metrics

Stay updated on influencer trends, new creators, and emerging platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (Finance, Crypto, Trading preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills

Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram influencer campaigns Ability to manage multiple influencers and campaigns simultaneously

Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach

Experience working with global influencers is an advantage

Good to Have:

Experience in crypto exchanges, Web3 startups, fintech, or trading companies

Existing network of finance or trading influencers

Knowledge of influencer tracking and analytics tools
