Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and generating leads through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for real estate projects and websites.
• Perform keyword research focused on property, location, and buyer intent searches.
• Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and property listings for search engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities including backlink strategies.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, crawl issues, and overall website performance.
• Drive local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization.
• Analyze ompetitors and market trends within the real estate sector.
• Work closely with content, design, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with SEO tools such as:
• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush
• Ahrefs
• Knowledge of schema markup, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience handling large-scale real estate websites or property portals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of SEO experience with exposure to real estate projects.
• Candidates from real estate developers, property portals, or real estate marketing agencies preferred.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and lead generation.
• Understanding of local and regional property markets is an advantage.

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
