Role Overview

Mane is looking for a motivated, multi-talented professional to join our team in a dual-focus role that is essential to our growth. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator and Patient Care Concierge, you will be the engine behind our digital outreach and the welcoming voice of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, highly organized, and passionate about the patient journey—from the first click on an ad to the final treatment in our office.

Focus 1: Digital Marketing, SEO & CRM Coordination

In this role, you will execute the daily digital operations required to drive new patient inquiries and maintain a robust online presence.

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the setup and daily monitoring of Google Ads and social media advertising. You will track performance, adjust bids, and ensure our messaging is reaching the right audience.
• SEO & Content Updates: Perform regular on-page SEO tasks, including updating website content, optimizing meta-descriptions, and ensuring our digital assets rank for key local searches in the hair restoration and weight loss space.
• CRM Management: Serve as the hands-on coordinator for our CRM/EMR system. You will manage the lead database, ensuring every inquiry is logged and moved through the funnel.
• Lead Nurturing: Set up and monitor automated email and SMS "drip" campaigns to keep prospective patients engaged and informed before they book their consultation.
• Landing Page Creation: Build and update high-converting landing pages using modern design tools. You will ensure these pages are visually appealing, fast, and optimized for lead capture.
• Ad Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and compliant ad copy for search and social platforms that resonates with our target demographic.

Focus 2: Patient Care Concierge

Once you have generated digital interest, you will ensure those leads receive a premium experience as they transition into our care.

• Lead Response & Scheduling: Be the first responder to all digital inquiries. You will manage the phone lines, return voicemails, and schedule consultations with urgency and a "white-glove" service approach.
• Front Desk Management: Coordinate the daily flow of patients from check-in to check-out, ensuring the office runs smoothly and every patient feels prioritized.
• Experience & Sales Support: Educate patients on our hair restoration and medical weight loss products. You will recommend tailored solutions and support the growth of the practice through active product and service promotion.
• Operational Support: Support the clinical team by maintaining an organized, professional front-office environment that reflects Mane’s core values.

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• Technical Aptitude: Experience with or a strong desire to master Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO principles.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience navigating a CRM or EMR to manage a pipeline of customers or patients.
• Exceptional Communication: A professional and engaging demeanor with the ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy.
• Organizational Mastery: The ability to pivot quickly between technical marketing tasks and high-touch patient interactions without losing attention to detail.

Schedule, Location & Compensation

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Location: Travel to our office in Chevy Chase, MD is required.
• Compensation: Competitive base salary plus a generous incentive-based structure tied to lead conversion and practice growth.
