Job Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Organic) is responsible for defining and executing Socure’s next-generation organic growth strategy. This person will ensure Socure remains the definitive authority across traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and LLM-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is expected to demonstrate expertise in SEO/AEO, content, analytics, and leadership, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive organic strategy that optimizes for both traditional SERP rankings and LLM/AI-agent discovery.
- Pioneer Socure’s presence in AI search results (GEO/AEO) by optimizing site architecture, structured data, and brand citations to ensure high-affinity mentions in LLM responses.
- Design and implement experiments to evaluate emerging tactics, such as programmatic SEO and AI-driven content clusters, to scale organic visibility and channel efficiency.
- Manage Socure’s digital footprint across third-party sites, research papers, and technical wikis to reinforce the brand's authority within LLM training sets and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Define and track new KPIs for the AI era, including LLM "Share of Voice," citation frequency, and traditional organic traffic/conversion metrics
- Partner with the Content and PR teams to ensure all published material is "AI-readable" and optimized for high-intent queries.
- Stay at the bleeding edge of search technology, monitoring changes in OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google SGE to pivot strategies in real-time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience Organic Growth or SEO/AEO.
- Demonstrable experience influencing LLM outputs or ranking in "Generative" search features.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs retrieve and process information (Knowledge Graphs, RAG, and crawler behaviors).
- Project management and organizational abilities, with experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
