Plumber/ Electrician

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, valves, fixtures) and electrical systems (wiring, circuit breakers, lighting).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply, drainage, and electrical faults.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular system inspections and perform preventive maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

• Certification/licensing in plumbing and electrical work
• Proven experience in relevant fields.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The job is based at Saveetha Dental College and Hospital, Velappanchavadi, Chennai. It is a permanent position with a starting pay of 22,000.00 per month. Additional benefits include food provision and Provident Fund. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of total work experience. This role requires in-person work.
