Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers via online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate lead data.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a lead pipeline to meet targets.
  • Track and report lead generation metrics.
  • Nurture leads until sales-ready through consistent communication.
  • Run and manage email campaigns effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Should Have strong Knowledge on Dynamic 365 For Sales Application
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and proficiency in MS Office.
