Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers via online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and update CRM with accurate lead data.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline to meet targets.
- Track and report lead generation metrics.
- Nurture leads until sales-ready through consistent communication.
- Run and manage email campaigns effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Should Have strong Knowledge on Dynamic 365 For Sales Application
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and proficiency in MS Office.
