Job Description

We are hiring an HR Recruiter for domestic in-house hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across roles, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Manage job postings, databases, and candidate communication efficiently. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates. This is a full-time role with 2nd & 4th Saturdays off, fixed Sunday holidays, Indian public holidays, and EPF benefits.

In-house recruitment experience preferred

Medical:

Qualification: Must have Bachleor's Degree

Experience: Minimum 1- 3yrs of Experience required.

Salary Range: Depending on experience and knowledge. However salary is constraint for right candidates.

We are hiring a Medical Recruiter with experience in hospital/healthcare hiring.

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hospital stakeholders.

Must have strong knowledge of medical roles, qualifications, and hiring practices.

Ensure timely closures and maintain candidate records/database.

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday Sunday fixed off + Indian festivals.
