Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Sales Manager role based in Nagpur. The Product Sales Manager will manage and grow sales for the company’s product portfolio, including Aluminum Alloy Ingots, Aluminum Extrusions, Steel Forgings, and Copper Ingots. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, preparing and presenting product proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction. The Product Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support sales strategy, forecast demand, and achieve revenue and margin targets. Regular customer visits, participation in industry events, and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipelines are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in industrial products, metals, or manufacturing sectors.
• Customer Service and account management skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term customer partnerships.
• Business Development capabilities, including market research, lead generation, and converting prospects into repeat customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to analyze sales data, develop forecasts, and prepare clear sales reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills in a target-driven environment.
