Job Title: Operations Executive – Logistics (Air & Sea Freight)

Location: Mumbai (Preference for candidates based in or around suburbs)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea)

Industry: Logistics / Dangerous Goods Compliance

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding for both air and sea shipments, excellent knowledge of cargo operations, and the ability to manage backend processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operations for air and sea freight forwarding.

Coordinate with carriers, agents, and clients for shipment execution.

Prepare and manage documentation, quotes, and compliance requirements.

Act as a 4PL service provider, ensuring smooth coordination between multiple stakeholders.

Communicate with clients via email and calls for updates and queries.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards for all shipments.

Travel to client locations when required for operational support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).

Strong understanding of cargo industry processes and documentation.

Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations is a plus.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Additional Requirements

Candidate must be based in Mumbai (preferably suburbs).

Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
