*Center & Events Coordinator – Mental Health, Fitness & Wellness*
- Location:* Adyar, Chennai | *Type:* Full-Time
- Experience:* 1–2 years | *Pay:* ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
*About the Role*
We are hiring a Center & Events Coordinator for _Dhwani_ to manage daily center operations and coordinate wellness events including Sound Healing, Aqua Bath Sound Healing, Pranic Healing, Yoga, Gong Sessions, and more. Ideal for someone passionate about wellness with strong organizing skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Center Operations*: Handle daily activities center. Maintain session schedules/planners and ensure smooth functioning.
- *Event Coordination*: Plan and execute in-house & outbound events. Ensure event readiness, logistics, and timely updates.
- *Client Management*: Track appointments, sessions & events. Coordinate with clients and update details in CRM portal.
- *Stakeholder Coordination*: Liaise with healers, trainers, vendors, and team members for seamless execution.
- *On-ground Support*: Participate in sessions/events outside office. Anchor LIVE sessions, demos, and events. Travel as needed for sessions/events.
*Requirements*
- 1–2 years in center operations, event coordination, or wellness/fitness industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Multilingual preferred – Tamil, English, Hindi
- Comfortable with travel, flexible hours, and anchoring live events
- Basic CRM, scheduling tools, and MS Office knowledge
Work Location: Adyar
