*Job Summary*

We are hiring a seasoned *Accounts Head – UAE Taxation* to lead our Chennai operations for UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and Compliance services. You will manage a team of tax associates, oversee client deliverables, and act as the key liaison between our Chennai back office and Dubai HQ. Ideal for CA/ACCA/MBA with hands-on UAE tax experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

• *UAE Tax Compliance*: Lead end-to-end UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance for 50+ clients – return filing, TRN registration, tax audit, and FTA submissions
• *Team Leadership*: Manage, mentor, and review work of 8-12 member Chennai tax team. Ensure quality, accuracy, and TAT on all deliverables
• *Advisory & Planning*: Provide UAE Corporate Tax advisory, structuring, and tax planning support to clients in coordination with Dubai tax team
• *Client Management*: Handle client calls, resolve complex tax queries, represent clients during FTA audits/assessments
• *Process & SOPs*: Design SOPs for Chennai operations, implement automation tools, and ensure adherence to UAE tax laws & deadlines
• *Dubai HQ Coordination*: Travel to Dubai once in 2 months for strategic meetings, team alignment, and client reviews with Dubai Partners
• *Reporting*: Share monthly dashboards on compliance status, team productivity, and revenue to Dubai management
• *Updates & Training*: Stay updated on UAE tax law changes. Train team on CT, VAT, ESR, and related regulations

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

• *Education*: CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA Finance preferred. Diploma in UAE VAT/CT mandatory
• *Experience*: 10-15 years with minimum 5 years in UAE VAT & Corporate Tax. Big4 / Mid-tier tax firm background preferred
• *Technical*: Expert in UAE VAT Law, Corporate Tax Law, FTA Portal, Tally/Zoho Books, QuickBooks
• *Leadership*: Proven experience managing tax teams of 8+ members and handling multiple clients
• *Mandatory*: Must hold valid Indian Passport. Willing to travel to Dubai once every 2 months for 5-7 days
• *Skills*: Strong analytical ability, client-facing communication, team management, deadline-driven
