About The Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop campaign strategies to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Lead Quality.
- Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience with Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and Meta Lead Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation for B2B, Education, Real Estate, Healthcare, Finance, or Service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing processes.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
