Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Scientist, based in Medak. The Principal Scientist will lead research and development projects, design and oversee experiments, and analyze data to drive innovative solutions. Responsibilities include managing a team of scientists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing formulations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves preparing technical reports, contributing to strategic planning, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pharmaceutical research, drug formulation, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
• Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving in a laboratory setting.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent collaboration and team-building skills.
• Strong technical writing skills for preparing research reports, protocols, and regulatory documentation.
• Proven ability to innovate and develop new products, processes, or solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field, with several years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
