Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and driven Software Engineers (Fresher/Entry-Level) to join our growing team at SRC. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, build real-world projects, and grow in a collaborative environment.

As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining software systems while working closely with experienced developers and designers. You will gain hands-on exposure to modern technologies and scalable application development.

Eligibility

• Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026
• Open to students, recent graduates, and self-taught developers
• Basic understanding of programming and web development concepts

Tech Stack (Preferred)

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks)
• Database: MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Tools & Others: Git, REST APIs, basic cloud knowledge (optional)

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Develop and test web applications and features
• Fix bugs and improve application performance
• Work with APIs and databases
• Collaborate with team members on real-world projects
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologiesRequirements
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming (JavaScript preferred)
• Understanding of web development fundamentals
• Familiarity with at least one framework (React, Node, etc.) is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
