· Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally Prime.

· Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Handle complete GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and return filing support.

· Perform reconciliation of e-Invoices, e-Way Bills, credit notes, debit notes, and GST adjustments.

· Conduct GSTR-2B vs Purchase Register reconciliation and identify mismatches.

· Prepare and verify monthly GSTR-1 draft data before filing.

· Reconcile sales data between Tally and E-Commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.

· Manage e-commerce settlement accounting including sales, payments, commissions, claims, returns, and expenses.

· Perform debtors and creditors reconciliation and follow up for pending balances.

· Handle voucher posting including sales invoices, purchase vouchers, journal vouchers, TDS/TCS entries, debit notes, and credit notes.

· Review vouchers and supporting documents to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate and schedule physical stock audits with production/store teams.

· Reconcile stock journals with sales, delivery notes, and receipt notes.

· Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.

· Ensure proper accounting of expenses, provisions, prepaid expenses, and accruals.

· Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation accounting.

· Support statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and assessments.

· Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST laws, TDS/TCS provisions, and Companies Act requirements.

· Prepare MIS reports, profitability reports, expense analysis, and management dashboards.

· Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.

Required Skills & Knowledge

· Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP systems

· Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and Indian taxation

· Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and accounting principles

· Experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation

· Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS preparation

· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

· Good communication and coordination ability

· Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce accounting

· Hands-on exposure to GST reconciliations and return preparation

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to independently manage month-end closing activities

· Good team coordination and leadership skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
