We, Public accounting firm, are seeking a motivated Entry Level Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record maintenance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Support account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities
- Aid in budgeting processes and financial reporting activities
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to record transactions and generate reports
- Help prepare financial statements and supporting documentation for audits
- Contribute to maintaining organized financial records in compliance with company policies
Requirements
