Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to monitor and inspect automobile parts, components, and production processes at Maruti Suzuki Karnataka. The candidate will ensure that all products meet company quality standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle parts, assemblies, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections during production processes.
- Identify defects, damages, or non-conforming materials.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare quality reports.
- Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures on the shop floor.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Support audits and quality improvement activities.
- Monitor rework and rejection levels to minimize defects.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of quality inspection procedures.
- Basic understanding of automobile manufacturing processes.
