Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Mon–Fri (Work from Office) | Sat (Work from Home)
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Role Overview:
End-to-end ownership of paid campaigns — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting. You’ll handle multiple client accounts across industries like healthcare, education, fitness, lifestyle, and D2C.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics
Monitor campaigns and implement data-driven improvements
Handle tracking via Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, messaging)
Deliver consistent ROI/ROAS growth
Share weekly and monthly performance reports
Work closely with internal teams for execution
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
Experience managing multiple client accounts (10+ preferred)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus
