Job Description
1. Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily transactions (cash, bank, journal entries)
- Record transportation expenses (diesel, toll, driver charges, loading/unloading)
- Maintain ledger accounts of clients and vendors
- Ensure proper voucher entries in accounting software (like Tally)
2. Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare freight bills for coal transportation
- Generate GST invoices as per client contracts
- Verify trip details (weight, distance, rate per ton)
- Maintain billing records for each vehicle/trip
3. GST & Tax Compliance
- Prepare data for GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B
- Maintain proper HSN/SAC codes for services
- Check input & output GST reconciliation
- Coordinate with CA for GST filing
Transport & Trip Accounting
- Maintain trip sheets (vehicle-wise)
- Calculate freight charges based on tonnage & distance
- Record advances given to drivers
- Track balance payments after trip completion
5. Vendor & Driver Payments
- Process payments for transporters and drivers
- Maintain diesel expenses and fuel records
- Verify bills before payment
- Keep track of outstanding dues
6. Expense & Cost Control
- Monitor cost per trip (fuel, toll, maintenance)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain expense reports for management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
