Role Description
Samabhavana is seeking a full-time Training Center Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's training center in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities will include managing training programs for vocational education, ensuring the smooth execution of skill development initiatives, supervising staff, coordinating with external partners, and tracking the progress and outcomes of workshops and events. The role also requires maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while driving impactful outcomes in line with Samabhavana’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and management skills, including team leadership and operational oversight
- Experience in planning and implementing training programs, workshops, or events
- Proficiency in outreach and community engagement, including collaboration with NGOs, corporates, and government bodies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi preferred
- Familiarity with CSR initiatives, vocational training programs, and skill development strategies

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
