You will collaborate directly with senior leaders, including the Manager of Publishing Finance & Operations, and contribute to projects that affect the weekly print run of best‑selling titles, cost‑of‑goods‑sold (COGS) analysis, and metadata optimization for our extensive catalog of comics and graphic novels.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

Industry Trend Reporting:

Research, compile, and present weekly trend reports that synthesize market data, sales performance, and competitive insights for senior management.

Print Run Coordination:

Assist the planning team in managing the weekly print run process, ensuring the right mix of titles is produced and delivered on schedule.

COGS Summaries:

Generate accurate Cost of Goods Sold summaries, compare forecasts to actuals, and highlight emerging patterns that inform pricing and production strategies.

Inventory Optimization:

Partner with the Planning organization to analyze sales velocity, inventory turnover, and warehouse capacity, recommending adjustments to prevent stockouts or overstock.

Metadata Enhancement:

Lead initiatives to improve title and contributor metadata (author, artist, genre tags), boosting discoverability and sales for retail partners.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
