Qualification: PhD in Chemistry

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Location: Madurai HO

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on knowledge & experience)

Job Description

1. Support in inventing new agrochemicals, including organic and metal complexes, to boost agricultural product production under the guidance of the R&D Manager.

2. Study and develop technical methodologies to reduce production costs.

3. Perform and review scientific literature searches and apply findings to accelerate production rates and achieve the highest yields in agricultural products.

4. Ensure effective utilization of resources within committed budgets and track and publish key metrics periodically.

5. Support the introduction of new bio-fertilizers and plant growth regulators to enhance productivity.

6. Contribute to the introduction of a variety of agro-products to meet customer requirements.

7. Execute R&D activities as per the guidance of the R&D Manager.

8. Assist in scaling up formulation development from lab to pilot/manufacturing scale.

9. Maintain good housekeeping practices.

10. Ensure proper maintenance of instruments, equipment, and glassware in a neat and clean manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
