Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser to handle the end-to-end coordination of women’s ethnic wear production — from sampling to dispatch. The candidate must have hands-on experience in ethnic garment manufacturing and the ability to manage timelines, quality, and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for new developments and order execution.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, and embroidery units to ensure timely availability and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain style files, order sheets, and production trackers.
• Monitor daily production, resolve issues, and ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments (store, purchase, QA).
• Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of women’s ethnic wear manufacturing process (stitching, embroidery, finishing).
• Understanding of fabrics, trims, and embellishments used in ethnic wear.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
