Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role as the “Door Opener” for our business. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and build a strong sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Prospecting
- Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research
- Target key decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, and Delivery Managers
2. Cold Outreach
- Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, emails, and calls
- Engage prospects through personalized and professional communication
3. Lead Qualification
- Interact with prospects to understand hiring needs and budgets
- Qualify leads before passing them to the Senior Business Development team
4. CRM Management
- Maintain and update accurate data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Ensure all client interactions and details are well-documented
5. Market Research & Mapping
- Track companies that are expanding, hiring, or recently funded
- Identify new opportunities across Ahmedabad and PAN India
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English

- Sales Mindset: Strong “hunter” attitude with resilience towards rejection
