We are a growing Competitive Exam Coaching Institute specializing in PSC, CSEB and other government competitive examinations. We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Course Director to lead and manage our academic operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ( Sociology, Home science, Social Work, )
• Strong academic background in competitive exam preparation
• Experience in handling faculty team and academic planning
• Leadership and decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complete academic structure for courses
• Prepare academic calendar and syllabus planning
• Monitor faculty performance and classroom quality
• Conduct academic review meetings
• Ensure timely completion of syllabus
• Supervise question paper preparation, exams & evaluations
• Implement result-oriented strategies
• Maintain academic discipline and standards

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
