The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction work, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction site operations Manage and coordinate laborers and subcontractors Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project timelines Monitor material usage and maintain site records Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulations Conduct regular inspections and report progress to management Resolve on-site issues efficiently Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and tools Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to handle site challenges and multitask Good communication and coordination skills
