Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Senior Agronomist – Hydroponic Farming to manage and optimize hydroponic crop production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hydroponic systems, fertigation, and crop nutrition
- Monitor EC, pH, climate control, and crop health
- Improve yield, quality, and operational efficiency
- Implement pest and disease management programs
- Supervise greenhouse/farm operations and technical staff
- Maintain production records and SOP compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or related field
- 5+ years of experience in hydroponics, greenhouse, or controlled-environment farming
- Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems and plant nutrition
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
Location: Bhuj Kutch Gujarat
Salary: 35K to 50 K
Experience: 5-7 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
