Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Advocate located in Kanpur. The Advocate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal advice. This role also involves liaising with clients, analyzing case law, preparing case strategies, and ensuring accurate interpretation and application of legal principles.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Drafting, and preparation of legal documents
• Strong Advocacy and Litigation skills with courtroom experience
• Client Communication and Case Management abilities
• Sound Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills relevant to case assessment
• Knowledge of Indian legal systems, statutes, and case law
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M) from a recognized institution
• Valid membership with the Bar Council of India
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
