Position: Marketing / Brand Manager – ATL & BTL
Location: Head Office – Kolkata
Industry Preference: Plywood / Building Materials / Manufacturing Industry Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing / Brand Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, dealer engagement, and market presence. The candidate should have strong experience in branding, promotions, campaign execution, vendor management, and market activation.
Key ResponsibilitiesATL Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including:
- Print Media
- Newspaper Ads
- Radio Campaigns
- Outdoor Branding
- Hoardings & Transit Media
- TV/Digital Promotions
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI.
BTL Marketing
- Execute dealer/distributor engagement activities.
- Organize exhibitions, trade fairs, carpenter meets, contractor meets, and influencer programs.
- Plan branding activities at dealer outlets and retail points.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional activities across assigned regions.
Brand Management
- Develop strategies to improve brand positioning and visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams for marketing support requirements.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage branding vendors, fabrication agencies, printers, and event partners.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Negotiate with vendors for best commercial terms.
Market Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend tracking.
- Identify opportunities for product promotion and market penetration.
- Generate marketing insights to support business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing activities.
- Experience in brand promotion and retail marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Creative thinking with execution capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing reporting.
- Ability to travel when required.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 4–8 years in Marketing / Brand Management.
- Candidates from Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials, Paint, Hardware, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
