TRAINERS & TEACHERS

Location: Onsite – Ambattur, Chennai.

We are seeking passionate and skilled Trainers & Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in delivering educational programs and training sessions tailored to diverse audiences. This role involves creating engaging learning materials, facilitating effective teaching sessions, and supporting learners in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions or classes in your area of expertise.
• Develop and customize lesson plans, training materials, and resources to meet learner needs.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess and monitor learner progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and hands-on learning opportunities.
• Maintain an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all participants.
• Stay updated on best practices, trends, and developments in education and training.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
• Manage administrative tasks related to training, such as attendance and evaluations.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a teacher, trainer, or educator in your subject area.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using educational tools and technologies, such as LMS platforms, video conferencing software, or multimedia resources.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

Preferred

• Advanced degree or certification in education, training, or a specialized field.
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and e-learning tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in [specific languages, if applicable].
• Experience working with specific learner groups, such as adults, children, or corporate teams.
