Job Title: CMM Programmer / Quality Engineer
Location: NC
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong expertise in Hexagon systems and quality engineering. The role focuses on dimensional inspection, CMM programming (PC-DMIS), and supporting QC equipment and validation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS CAD++
- Perform dimensional inspections and First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles
- Use QC tools (Hexagon/Nikon CMM, OGP, Keyence, optical tools)
- Generate inspection reports and support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Troubleshoot measurement and programming issues
- Support GMP documentation and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in CMM programming (Hexagon, PC-DMIS)
- Solid understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection
- Experience with FAI and QC measurement systems
- Knowledge of cGMP and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Background in quality engineering
