The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for helping support the execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role assists with maintaining marketing technology platforms, building and managing campaign and capacity reports, supporting marketing project management tool usage, managing vendor and tool inventories, and performing various administrative tasks to improve operational efficiency.

- Work collaboratively with marketing team in strategically aligning marketing reporting and strategies.
- Cross-train an additional resource for Marketing Operations Support role and functions.
- Partner with Digital Marketing team on establishing dashboards on lead volume, quality and progression

- Support the use of marketing data, analytics, and processes to align marketing and inform business decisions across the firm.
- Help develop standardized metric sources needed in leadership performance reporting (e.g., MORs, QBRs) to support executive and regional marketing leadership.

- Perform routine maintenance, data cleansing, and accuracy checks within CRM and marketing databases.
- Assist with maintaining documentation, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and marketing policies.
- Maintain documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), platform configurations, and marketing policies.
- Maintain an inventory of marketing technology platforms, including vendors, contracts, renewal dates, and business use cases.
- Support the ongoing execution, optimization, and standardization of the marketing project management system (eg. template creation, task setup) using tools such as Asana, ClickUp, or Wrike.
- Configure reports and dashboards to monitor marketing team workload and project backlogs through dashboard views.
- Build, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards within CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) to track campaign.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's degree required, including:
- 3+ years of experience in data and analytical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex problems.
- Experience in process improvement and project work.
- Experience working directly with senior executive leadership, and able to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate to advanced skills in:

- Marketing Automation Platforms (eg. HubSpot Marketing Hub, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua).
- Customer Relationship Management Platforms (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Project Management Platforms (eg. Asana, Clickup, Monday, Wrike).
Certificates And Licenses
Valid driver’s license required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position may have direct reports.
Work Environment

- Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer.
- Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and interface with external vendors as necessary.
