Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Specialist at the company, you will be responsible for supporting the execution, reporting, and optimization of marketing initiatives. Your role will involve tasks such as maintaining marketing technology platforms, building and managing campaign and capacity reports, supporting marketing project management tool usage, managing vendor and tool inventories, and performing various administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.

You will be required to support the use of marketing data, analytics, and processes to align marketing and inform business decisions across the firm. Additionally, you will help develop standardized metric sources needed in leadership performance reporting to support executive and regional marketing leadership.
In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree is required, along with:
- 3+ years of experience in a data and analytical role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex problems
- Experience in process improvement and project work
- Experience working directly with senior executive leadership and influencing across all levels of the organization
- Results-driven, with acute critical thinking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You must possess intermediate to advanced skills in various software platforms including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Internet navigation and research, Marketing Automation Platforms (eg. HubSpot Marketing Hub, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua), Customer Relationship Management Platforms (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics), and Project Management Platforms (eg. Asana, Clickup, Monday, Wrike).
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will need to maintain routine maintenance, data cleansing, and accuracy checks within CRM and marketing databases. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and marketing policies, as well as configuring reports and dashboards to monitor marketing team workload and project backlogs through dashboard views.
Please note that a valid drivers license is required for this role, and there may be supervisory responsibilities involved. The standard working environment is indoors with occasional long periods of sitting while working at a computer. You will interact with employees at all levels of the firm and external vendors as necessary, with less than 25% independent travel requirement.
