Shift Lead Position in a High-Performing Clinic in Maryland or Virginia (DC Metro Area)

The Opportunity

RxWellness Spine & Health is seeking an experienced chiropractor to step into a Shift Lead Doctor role, with Laurel, MD location.

This role is designed for chiropractors who seeks exceptional clinical development, real business mentorship, comradery with an elite team of top 5% DCs in the country, managerial and business support so they can focus on what they love best - patient care— without having to market and build the infrastructure themselves.

As Lead Doctor, you are accountable for:

• Clinical excellence and consistent execution of RxWellness care standards and SOPs
• Doctor and staff alignment around patient experience, communication, and professionalism
• Clinic-level KPIs, including performance, efficiency, and consistency
• Leading by example in patient care, team communication, and leadership presence
• Building a culture of discipline, energy, accountability, and pride

You are the clinical and cultural leader of the clinic.

Schedule & Clinical Structure

• 5 days per week
• 28 adjusting hours/week (intentionally capped to support longevity)
• Leadership, coaching, and performance responsibilities outside of adjusting hours
• Supported by:
• multiple DCs
• massage therapists
• rehab/CA staff
• front desk and administrative team

This role is intentionally designed to balance hands-on care with high-level leadership.

Compensation

• Base salary negotiated directly with the founders, based on experience and leadership background
• Quarterly clinic-level performance bonuses, UNCAPPED tied to:
• clinic KPIs
• provider performance
• operational excellence and execution

This is a leadership compensation model — your impact on the clinic determines your earnings.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of chiropractic experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a Lead Doctor, Clinic Director, or senior associate a plus
• High standards for care, communication, and professionalism
• Confident leader who can coach, align, and hold others accountable
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Maryland (VA/DC a plus)
