We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Warehouse Office Associate to join our team. This role supports daily office and warehouse operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepared shipping labels and coordinated outgoing shipments
- Completed and organized paperwork, including order documentation and records
- Created invoices and managed billing using QuickBooks
- Provided customer service support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Picked, packed, and prepared orders for shipment
- Assisted with general warehouse and administrative tasks as needed
- Worked in a fast-paced small company setting, handling multiple responsibilities independently
Requirements
- Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently
- High attention to detail with a responsible and positive attitude
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or warehouse experience is an asset
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset
