Marketing & Social Operations Assistant (AI-Driven)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai | Full-time | On-site

This is not just a social media role.

You will be the execution engine of our marketing ecosystem, ensuring that every piece of content—videos, reels, campaigns, and storytelling assets—is strategically distributed, consistently presented, and effectively experienced across platforms.

You will work at the intersection of creative storytelling, AI tools, and content distribution across social media, website, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Repurpose content into reels, shorts, posts, and thumbnails
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand presence
• Handle website updates and digital content flow
• Build and manage email, newsletter, and automation workflows using AI
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers for seamless execution
• Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth
• Contribute to content ideas and marketing direction

Who Should Apply

• 0–3 years experience in marketing, content, or social media
• Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats
• Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Canva, Notion
• Interested in AI tools and marketing automation
• Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
