Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing and conducting comprehensive training sessions for stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead awareness campaigns and prepare materials for grievance redressal. You will also be involved in developing communication and outreach strategies, creating engaging creative designs, and monitoring media outreach activities under PMFBY/RWBCIS. Your role will also include conducting various meetings, workshops, and conferences, preparing reports and presentations, and handling administrative reports and replies to negative news.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct comprehensive training sessions for stakeholders
- Lead awareness campaigns and prepare materials for grievance redressal
- Develop communication and outreach strategies and support their implementation
- Create engaging and informative creative designs
- Conduct meetings, video conferences, workshops, and conferences; prepare reports and presentations
- Monitor media outreach activities under PMFBY/RWBCIS
- Reply to negative news and handle administrative reports
- Monitor IEC activities for awareness and publicity of the schemes
- Draft and translate documents, training materials, and IEC content
- Strategize for an increase in crop insurance area and KCC saturation under PMFBY
- Roll out the Restructured Weather Based Crop Insurance Scheme (RWBCIS)
- Reply to farmer grievances, Sampark Portal, memorandums, VIP memorandums, and letters
- Work on capacity building, training, and provide technical support in the implementation of PMPSY/RWBCIS
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Nodal Officer of State PMFBY Department of Agriculture Rajasthan
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in communication, management, or journalism
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
