Roles & Responsibilities
Office Administration & Filing Work
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle inward/outward documents, courier records, and office registers.
- Organize project files, invoices, purchase documents, and office records.
- Maintain backup copies of important office documents.
- Support day-to-day office administration activities
GeM & Tender Related Work
- Assist in GeM portal operations and bid documentation.
- Prepare and organize tender-related documents, certificates, and compliance files.
- Upload required documents on GeM and other government portals.
- Maintain bid submission records and tender tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for required documents.
- Monitor bid dates, EMD submissions, agreement timelines, and correspondence.
- Support management in preparing quotations, comparative statements, and office documentation.
Banking & Accounts Coordination
- Monitor routine banking activities and document submissions.
- Coordinate for cheque deposits, bank statements, online payments, and office banking work.
- Maintain records of transactions and payment follow-ups.
- Assist accounts department in collecting required supporting documents.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with government offices, vendors, and clients when required.
- Handle official emails, follow-up calls, and office correspondence.
- Support management during meetings, presentations, and project coordination work.
Backup Office Support
- Provide backup support for office staff during workload or absence.
- Assist in inventory monitoring and office material management.
- Help maintain office discipline, records, and operational workflow.
Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹18,400.00 per month
