Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission Should have excellent written and verbal communication Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis Basic Qualifications BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree with experience in Product and Project Development 12 to 14 year overall experience with at least 4 to 5 years of project management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace/Automotive/Healthcare/Rail domain PMP / Agile Certification preferred Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred Note: This will be an individual contributor role to execute and influence project team to achieve project goals Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
