Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dry Utility Electrical Engineer to join our growing infrastructure team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dry utility infrastructure design, MV/LV power distribution systems, street lighting networks, and utility coordination for large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically compliant, high-quality infrastructure solutions aligned with GCC authority standards and international engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate dry utility infrastructure systems for urban and infrastructure projects
- Prepare MV/LV power distribution layouts and electrical network designs
- Develop street lighting designs and electrical infrastructure plans
- Prepare load schedules, voltage drop calculations, BOQs, technical reports, and design documentation
- Review and coordinate design drawings with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GCC authority requirements, international standards, and project specifications
- Support utility authority submissions, approvals, and project execution activities
- Provide technical support during project planning, coordination, and construction stages
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including infrastructure, roads, utilities, and project management teams
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and coordination meetings
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in dry utility or infrastructure electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical Design Principles
- MV/LV Power Distribution Systems
- Street Lighting Design
- Utility Coordination
- Power Systems & Electrical Networks
- Good understanding of GCC authority standards and utility regulations
- Experience working on infrastructure consultancy projects is highly preferred
- Gulf/UAE project experience will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- ETAP
- Dialux
- Relevant electrical design and modeling software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment

- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- Familiarity with utility corridor coordination and authority approval processes
- Knowledge of international electrical standards and GCC regulations
- Experience supporting construction supervision and technical execution activities
