Experience with GAAP standards such as ASC 805, 606, 842, 280, 810, 815, 718, 323, 325, 480, and IFRS 3, 9, 10, IAS 28, 32 will be preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills are essential for this position. Additionally, experience in drafting sections of various SEC filings and advanced written and verbal communication skills are required.
