Job Description
As a Channel Strategy, Operations & Growth Analyst at RSA, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence across RSA's cybersecurity partner ecosystem in the Americas and Latin America. This role involves a mix of data analysis, program management, Microsoft marketplace management, process optimization, partner enablement, and cross-functional coordination to support the execution and growth of the Channel Partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Americas Channel Partner Program, ensuring alignment with the global strategy, overseeing partner onboarding, training tracking, and certification management.
- Collaborating with Channel Marketing and Enablement teams to enhance partner-facing processes, communications, and enablement materials.
- Maintaining and streamlining partner data across CRM, PRM, and marketplace systems, proposing process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Analyzing partner performance and marketplace activity to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, reporting KPIs such as partner pipeline, certification rates, and tier performance.
- Delivering live partner-facing presentations, operational updates, and quarterly business review materials, collaborating with channel sales and marketing for strategic partner initiatives.
- Supporting partners in using cybersecurity solution marketplaces, maintaining marketplace data accuracy, and assisting with operational challenges.
- Contributing to the growth of the business across Operational Excellence, Channel Enablement, Channel Segmentation, and Microsoft Marketplace engagement.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or partner program management within cybersecurity or technology.
- Analytical and reporting expertise with Excel/Sheets, CRM, and BI tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and process-oriented skills.
- Proven ability to create and deliver live training/presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with global teams.
Fluency in Spanish is an advantage. Bonus skills and experience include familiarity with multi-tier channel ecosystems, partner enablement programs, cybersecurity sales models, and experience with marketplace platforms and Microsoft ISVs. Please note that although this role is hybrid, there will be a requirement to work in the RSA Office in Boston 2 days a week to support the on-site Channel team.
