Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in HVAC or Industrial Valves / Flow Control products to expand our business in Hyderabad and surrounding regions. The candidate will handle end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business in HVAC systems / Industrial valves / flow control products
· Handle outside sales / field visits with consultants, contractors, builders, and plant heads
· Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and commercial quotations
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business
· Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams
· Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Candidate Profile:
· 3–5 years of field sales experience in HVAC / Valves / Pumps / MEP / Industrial equipment
· Strong understanding of project sales cycle
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Target-driven and self-motivated
· Hyderabad market exposure preferred
