We are seeking two (02) highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor cum Site Engineers to join our growing firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a proven track record in firefighting project execution.

Key Requirements:-

Experience: 02 to 03 years of hands-on experience in firefighting project work (installation, commissioning, supervision).

Education: Mechanical Engineering diploma/degree or equivalent qualification.

Number of Positions: 2

Salary Range: depending on experience and interview performance.

Location: [Gujarat]

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities include:-

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring proper and professional communication with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.

Manpower Management: Efficiently handle and manage on-site manpower, assign tasks, ensure productivity, and maintain safety standards.

Material Surveillance: Oversee and control the quality, quantity, and timely delivery of site materials, minimizing waste and ensuring compliance with specifications.

Project Execution: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for firefighting systems.
